3 month contract starting ASAP for a Mental Health Registered Nurse with experience in inpatient.
As a Senior Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients with acute Mental Health conditions, conducting assessments, administering treatments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery. You will be responsible for providing a safe and therapeutic environment, responding to psychiatric emergencies and offering education and support to patients and their families. This facility is located 12 hours west of Sydney, you will be far out from the hussle and bussle, but taken in by this community.
Skills & experience
- Unrestricted AHPRA Registration
- Minimum 5 years experience working in Mental Health, specifically inpatient
- Postgraduate qualification is highly sought after
- Bachelor of Nursing degree
