Support Workers provide support to Participants working to meet their individual goals and needs as identified on their service plans. Support Workers assist each Participant to lead an enriching and fulfilling life. All supports are provided flexibly across a span of days and hours according to each Participant’s needs. The supports provided for each Participant are tailored and include but are not limited to: Daily Living; Relationships; Social and Community Participation; and Health & Wellbeing. Participants will have a range of support needs, due to a single or combined number of disabilities, which will include Psychosocial/Mental Health, and may include: Physical including mobility; Neurological; Cognitive and/or Intellectual; Autism Spectrum Disorders; Acquired Brain Injury; and, Sensory Issues.
