We work one on one with our clients to design an individual support plan that can range from a traditional agency support framework to a more flexible support engagement.

WE HAVE CURRENT POSITIONS AVAILABLE IN CLYDE NORTH
We are looking for Disability Support worker for immediate start if you can be matched to the needs of one of our clients.
The majority of our client engagements are ongoing and therefore successful candidates would usually be working on a regular schedule weekly or fortnightly as suited to both the care worker and serviced client. We offer competitive hourly rates for our staff with consideration for after hours and weekend work.
Essential skills and competencies:
We're looking for caring, people focused individuals who will brighten our client's days and make a positive impact on their lives. To do well in this role, you will/may have:
- Permitted to work in Australia
- Current driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle (with comprehensive insurance)
- Current Police Check
- Hold a current First Aid certificate and CPR (or willing to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance (or willing to obtain)
- NDIS Orientation Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- NDIS COVID 19 Certificate
- Excellent verbal and written English
Desirable accreditations competencies:
- Current Working with Children Check (highly desirable)
- Certificate III or IV in Disability/Aged Care /or relevant (highly desirable)
