About the Role & Client:
Join our dedicated team in the Kimberley region of Western Australia as a Team Leader for Mental Health. Under the direction of the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of Mental Health services at a district level. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, providing clinical supervision, ensuring the implementation of evidence-based practices, and developing strategic business plans. Your role will also involve evaluating programs and preparing comprehensive reports to support the continuous improvement of our services.

Skills & Requirements:
- Eligible for registration in health or behavioural sciences (psychology, occupational therapy, social work, nursing)
- Extensive experience in community-based Mental Health and/or alcohol and drug services
- Advanced skills in assessment, crisis intervention, treatment, and case management
- Proven leadership ability within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Current C Class driver's license and willingness to travel, including overnight stays
- Knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements in Equal Opportunity, Disability Services, and Occupational Safety & Health
