Position Overview:
We are seeking a Merchandiser to join our team in covering the Northwest and Northern Sydney suburbs. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing Caesarstone’s brand presence across our customer portfolio. You will ensure that our customers have up-to-date and consistent branded point of sale (POS) materials, conduct regular customer visits while delivering an exceptional customer experience to your region portfolio. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain and manage your customer portfolio through a call-cycle plan to ensure they have up-to-date and consistent branded POS materials in alignment with Caesarstone brand guidelines.
- Conduct regular site visits to optimise and ensure customers have adequate POS materials such as samples, brochures, and information as per the Caesarstone brand guidelines.
- Assist the sales team with the planning and execution of promotional activities, product launches, and events to enhance brand presence and drive sales.
- Provide information to your customer portfolio on product knowledge to enhance their experience and usage of our products.
- Monitor inventory levels of POS materials to ensure availability and timely replenishment for your customers.
- Ensure all merchandising displays are in excellent condition, visually appealing, and compliant with brand standards.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures while carrying out merchandising activities to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
You will receive comprehensive brand training to help you excel in delivering our service standards. Ideally, you will bring at least 1+ years of merchandising experience in the design, interior styling or home improvement industry. This is a customer-centric role, so excellent interpersonal skills and your ability to build relationships with clients will be key to your success. Candidates will be required to travel across your region and must have a current unrestricted licence, you will receive a company vehicle for travel requirements.
