Complii is a scale up FinTech that primarily provides functional solutions that underpins the compliance and capital raising workflow within the Financial Services sector. These solutions are in house built and customised services, with the firm committing resource to expand and deliver new products to this sector.
We are seeking a permanent resource, who will work closely with new and existing clients. You must be a passionate .NET developer, who can work within our small highly skilled team developing innovative solutions. You will need to be a self-starter who is able to work independently and importantly collaboratively as part of a team. Exceptional interpersonal skills are a must for communicating with internal and external clients, along with experience dealing with non-technical users. The ideal candidate will also have a passion for problem solving and software development.
As a Mid level analyst programmer, you will need to demonstrate:
- High quality software development capability, complying to established and Complii software development practices and standards
- Being able to interpret requirements and prepare designs
- Team player working with cross functional teams
- An understanding of compliance and capital raising operations and technology (Highly desirable)
- .NET Framework technologies, MVC (C# essential) and Service Stack (Web API preferred)
- ASP.NET RazorViews, Bootstrap, HTML5 & CSS3
- Relational Databases (MS SQL Server administration, stored procedures, T-SQL queries)
- Microsoft Azure Dev Ops and Functions
- Other tools utilised, GIT, TFS, Team City and Jira
- JavaScript frameworks Angular, AngularJS and jQuery
- Exposure to development for mobile devices and integration with third party products
- Solution orientated and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Meticulous attention to detail, willingness to adapt to new approaches, thinking and ways of working
- Positive and enthusiastic, passionate about technology, innovation, new ideas
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on projects autonomously
Education & Experience
- Bachelor of Computer Science degree or higher, at least 5 years of work experience
