Middle Leader I 6-12 Pathways Program (Readvertised) - St Francis College, Crestmead

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Middle Leader | 6-12 Pathways Program Leader. This tier 2 position is a full-time continuing teaching appointment, with a mid-Triennium one year appointment as Middle Leader. The Pathways Program Leader is responsible for the strategic implementation, delivery, promotion and administration of Vocational Educational Programs (internal and external) and Career Education.

The Pathways Program Leader will:

• Develop and maintain effective partnerships, agreements and relationships with industry, commerce and external training and education providers to ensure that students have access to vocational pathways
• Work with students in Years 6-12 and work collaboratively with the Senior Schooling Learning, Pedagogy and Data Leader, the Pathways School Officer and the AP Curriculum 7-12
• Act as the designated officer, through delegation from the Principal, for the day-to-day operations and status of the College as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

The role holder performs the role cognisant of and in harmony with the vision, mission and values of Catholic Education in the Archdiocese of Brisbane and will be supportive of the Catholic ethos and Mission of the College.
