Irwin Stockfeeds is a family-owned industry leader specializing in manufacturing quality feed supplements for primary producers. We are currently seeking a full time skilled and experienced Front End Loader Operator in our Finley Feed Mill.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operating front end loader and telehandler
- loading and unloading trucks
- Inventory management including weighbridge and warehousing duties
- Maintaining equipment and completing daily checks.
- Working safely and efficiently.
- Maintaining Mill Hygeine standards
- Adhering to OH&S policies
MINIMUM SKILL LEVELS AND EXPERIENCE
- Current forklift license (NSW)
- Current Front End Loader attainment (RIIMPO321F) (NSW) or proven experience with Front End Loader
- Current High Risk Work Licence (Telehandler) (NSW)
- Experience in feed mill or manufacturing environment a distinct advantage
- Mechanical aptitude an advantage
- Physically fit to undertake manual tasks
- Good written communication and computer skills (especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Sound knowledge of OH&S and environmental policies and legislation
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and/or overtime hours as required
- High level of attention to detail, ability to work in a team and under pressure
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
