HAYNES is currently looking for an experienced site administrator with a strong mining background to commence asap with our valued client.

- Minimum two years’ experience in an Administrative role
- Previous exposure in the mining industry (desirable)
- C Class drivers licence (required)
- Coal Board Medical OR BMA Bridging Core (required)
- Standard 11 (required)
- Daily Time Management Tool variations and weekly cost reports
- Excellent computer knowledge, working with Microsoft Office, systems and data bases
- Management of generic admin email account
- Various Data Entry requirements
- Document and Records Handling and Management, including archiving
- Minute taking / meeting and agenda preparation
- Provide General Administration Support
