* Extremely demanding role, dealing with challenging situations
* Working in a mobile capacity throughout various locations in Perth CBD & surrounds
* Problem solving and ability to work and make decisions under pressure is essential

We currently have a challenging new role available for a versatile person, capable of providing support across our expanding portfolio of car parks. As a member of the Operations team you will be expected to provide visible leadership and communication to members of our team in the field. The position is responsible for ensuring all sites operate at a consistently high standard, including:

* maintaining the operation of all car parks in the CBD and surrounding areas;
* ensuring that our high customer service standards are maintained;
* problem resolution and reporting of such issues to management;
* liaising closely with Wilson Parkwatch which is our remote monitoring centre; and
* monitoring and reporting on car park performance, reporting all issues to your manager in a timely fashion

The role requires you to be flexible and available to work over a seven-day roster, including nights and weekends. Ideally you will have some leadership experience in retail, hospitality, maintenance or other service industries. You must have a Manual Drivers Licence and a clean driving record.

To thrive in this role, you will need to be:
* experienced in working with people from a variety of backgrounds and demeanours;
* a skilled communicator (both written and verbal);
* a Technologically minded person with problem solving abilities
* strongly customer focused particularly during stressful situations
* a clear thinker with ability to make decisions under pressure
* experienced in working with people to resolve conflict;
* "hands on" attitude - able to learn about equipment and maintenance issues at a basic level; and
* ability to obtain a national police clearance
