The role in a nutshell
As the Mobile Coordinator you are a roving ratio, supporting numerous services as required, with a core focus on stepping into leadership roles during periods of leave.
While your minimum guaranteed hours are 3 2.5 per week, you will be required to take on full-time responsibilities as needed. You are capable of stepping into services to lead teams with professionalism and passion. You will support services in providing a quality program built by the children, for the children.
Leadership experience is required, ideally within the OSHC or ECEC sector.
As the MC you will work across split-shifts, Monday to Friday before and after school across varying shift times.

Work across numerous services, providing leadership, support and program delivery; Participate in recruitment drives, operational projects and other exciting activities; Implement creative programmes and develop meaningful relationships.
About you
Experience working with children within a group environment Qualified in either Childcare, Education, Community/ Social/ Youth studies, Allied Health, Sport, Drama or similar; Valid Blue Card Availability over split shifts, Monday to Friday; Commitment to our company values and philosophy
