MOBILE STORE MANAGER | TOOLS & DIAGNOSTICS

MELBOURNE SOUTH EAST SUBURBS

About the role:

• Work a weekly call cycle visiting workshops/customers
• Build and maintain relationships with loyal customers
• Complete daily & weekly reporting requirements
• Maintain accountability for all sales & collections
• Manage your stores operations to meet sales, margin & profit targets
• Assess warranties & manage repairs
• Weekly stock ordering & merchandising

About you:

• Hands on experience with tools & hardware
• Self-motivated, well organised and determined
• Good computer & administration skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Automotive workshop experience is a bonus!
• Valid driver's license and ideally hold a MR license - or be willing to obtain, paid for by the company

The benefits:

• Generous base salary up to $80k + super for the right candidate
• Lucrative commission structure, able to earn over $10-$20k pa - the more you put in the more you get you!
• Monday - Friday roster
• Not your average Management role - take your store to a new destination every day!
