Now, we're seeking an expert in mobile software development to join us as a Mobile Technology Lead Consultant. Specialising in cross-platform technologies like Flutter, React Native, and/or Xamarin, as well as native iOS and Android, you'll be the driving force behind our digital transformation journey.
A Day in the Life
- Lead design-centric problem-solving to build innovative digital solutions
- Prioritise business outcomes and master your craft by assuming ownership of projects
- Serve as the technical anchor for projects and key contact for stakeholders
- Shape our software development practices and lead hands-on, enterprise-level projects
- Assist in hiring top-tier software engineers
- Leverage your expertise to size tasks and project components
- Design, implement, and own solution architectures
- Steer project delivery from a technical standpoint and conduct rigorous code reviews
Your Qualifications
- Proficiency in mobile development technologies (Flutter, React Native, Xamarin, iOS, Android)
- Strong communication skills that engender positive client relations
- A proven track record of successful project delivery
- A passion for mentoring and fostering the success of your team
- Outstanding proficiency in multiple languages and technologies
Preferred Skills
- Ability to work across the entire stack
- Experience leading software development teams
- DevOps and cloud best-practice experience, preferably within Azure

Your Team at XAM
- Report directly to the Technical Director (TD)
- Contribute to the Tech Leads group, aiding the TD in setting our technical course
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers and the Design Director
- Mentor and guide Developers, Senior Developers, and Consultants
