Buddi is a global provider of security services and equipment in the Criminal Justice sector. Due to an internal promotion and growth, this is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative small team dedicated to ensuring community safety through utilising advanced electronic monitoring technologies.

The Role

• Undertaking technical analysis of  systems to provide an informative response to a range of customer enquiries from government agencies.
• Conduct monitoring,for a range of Wearers subject to electronic monitoring conditions, such as GPS tracking.
• Ensure alerts are addressed promptly and referred for resolution to relevant government stakeholders.
• Handling of inbound and outbound phone calls to effectively provide and obtain necessary information.
• Maintain professional and supportive relationships with Police, Community Corrections, Custodial, Health and Territory Families.
• Follow data entry processes to ensure records are entered accurately.
• In a fast paced and responsive environment maintain Buddi’s high quality standards.

About You 

• Strong organisational skills & attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
• Effective communication and listening skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Confident phone manner.
• Ability to work with the minimum of supervision and utilise own initiative 
• Proven ability of being a ‘team player’.
• Intermediate level of computer skills (or ability to be a fast learner!!) as the role undertakes a high level of data entry, reviewing and quality assurance.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and impartiality.
