A fantastic opportunity to join an established, successful and rapidly growing team who are seeking an experienced broker with construction loan experience in a high-volume role.
The Role:
The team is made up of a streamlined structured process to allow you to focus on pre-qualify customers. With a huge administration support to reduce time wasted on data entry tasks. The support team proactively follows up with the lender & updates both you & the customer on progress, allowing you to focus on the volume of applications being lodged. The relationships held with Builders, Realestate agents and Internal lead generation will keep you busy and your pipeline looking healthy.

Requirements:
You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity as a broker and an exceptional knowledge of credit and construction loans.
A 'can do, will do' attitude, high levels of drive, motivation & integrity, underpinned by a customer-centric approach.
Ability to think strategically.
You will possess a Certificate IV in Financial Services or Diploma in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking Management).
Previous business development in lending and property (strongly preferred)
Unrestricted Australian working rights
