Ideally, the successful candidate will have some experience in the mortgage broking/finance/banking space and possess a great work ethic with the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively part of a team.

You will develop and take on all the responsibilities of a Mortgage Broker, as well as build the skills to undertake business development, prospect and generate leads.

Duties and responsibilities include:
All aspects of being a 'loan writing mortgage broker' in regard to clients and compliance
Engaging with the other departments collaboratively to facilitate customer outcomes
Undertaking continuing professional development
Attend open homes with real estate agents – build your brand in the market
Building relationships with customers and referral partners
Undertake Business Development, prospecting and lead generation
We are looking for someone with:
Foundational experience in Mortgage Broking OR experience as a Credit Analyst
Willing to complete Certificate 4 in Finance and Mortgage Broking (if required)
Strong communication skills with a customer focused approach
Comfortable in a high-volume environment, with the ability to manage and prioritise tasks.
Fun and outgoing personality with a willingness to get involved
The ability to work autonomously as well as work collaboratively with the team
