At The Loan Company, we provide a number of different pathways for your mortgage broking career – from trainee broker to independent contractor, with comprehensive support provided along the journey.
Do you have?
Previous experience in the mortgage and finance industry (preferred).
Strong work ethic, initiative and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills and phone manner.
Outstanding customer service and attention to detail.
Being a team player with a “nothing too difficult” attitude.
Certificate IV Finance & Mortgage Broking (preferred).
Diploma of Financial Services (preferred).
We will provide:
Unlimited leads for both refinance and construction clients.
Ability to earn in excess of $200k per annum with competitive commission splits.
Broker support assistance from our dedicated team of administration specialists.
