Our client is an award winning broker. They specialise in providing home loans across the Gold Coast area. The team have a diverse background and skill base and undertake regular training to keep up to date.
In this role you will be supporting the business owner and mortgage broking team servicing clients and new leads. You will be backed by an excellent administration team, allowing you to focus on what you do best - seeing clients and writing loans.
The successful candidate will have:
Minimum 2 years experience as a Mortgage Broker providing residential loans
Cert IV in Mortgage Broking or a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking
Exceptional presentation skills, determination, and the drive to exceed the client's expectations and business performance requirements.
Strong verbal and written skills
High attention to detail
Excellent time management skills
Genuine desire to help you clients
