Wonderful Global is a rapidly growing business offering Mortgage Broking services to our clients.

Through a rapid market demand increase, we require 4 Mortgage Brokers to join our team.

• Full time or Part-time or causal
• Working with a professional and nice team
• Access to broker support network

Duties and responsibilities

• Build and create strong and nurturing relationships with new and existing client
• Have holistic conversations with customers and give them excellent customer service throughout the whole experience.
• To develop business and convert leads into settlements.

About the Role:

• Open to all individuals you will be offered extensive ongoing training, development and support, A comprehensive panel of lenders and a two-year mentoring program.
• That’s meant, previous working experience is not essential

Remuneration

• A competitive commission structure will be commensurate with your effort and outcome. (Commission base only)
• We will provide mentorship to trainee until they become independant brokers

Skills and Experiences:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills to effectively manage client expectation
• Ability to present finance solutions to clients in a clear and effective fashion, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work autonomously
• A high level of attention to details and numerical accuracy
• Be a self-motivator and a team player
• Finance or Accountant Graduate student are welcome
• Chinese Speaking (Mandarine and Cantonese) are welcome

Salary: Up to $80,000.00 per year
