Grit Finance is a rapidly growing business offering Mortgage Broking services to our clients.
Through a rapid market demand increase, we require 4 Mortgage Brokers to join our team.
- Full time or Part-time
- Working with a professional and nice team

Duties and responsibilities
- Build and create strong and nurturing relationships with new and existing client
- Have holistic conversations with customers and give them excellent customer service throughout the whole experience.
- To develop business and convert leads into settlements.
About the Role:
- Open to all individuals you will be offered extensive ongoing training, development and support, A comprehensive panel of lenders and a two-year mentoring program.
- That’s meant, previous working experience is not essential
Remuneration
- A competitive commission structure will be commensurate with your effort and outcome. (Commission base only)
- We will provide mentorship to trainee until they become independant brokers
Skills and Experiences:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills to effectively manage client expectation
- Ability to present finance solutions to clients in a clear and effective fashion, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work autonomously
- A high level of attention to details and numerical accuracy
- Be a self-motivator and a team player
- Finance or Accountant Graduate student are welcome
- Chinese Speaking (Mandarine and Cantonese) are welcome
