Role Objective
In this role, your goal is to be able to help eligible applicants obtain loans in a timely and professional manner while protecting our institution's credibility. You will act as the liaison between potential clients and our growing financial institution.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with new clients while delivering exceptional customer service, closing the sale, and/or completing refinance or top up requests.
- Prepare and verify supporting loan documentation, as well as following up on incomplete, inconsistent, missing or outstanding documentation from customers.
- Perform initial appraisal of potential borrowers by thoroughly examining their information and financial situation, and preparing, review and submit documents in line with IGC’s (and third party) standards and requirements.

Qualifications
You will need a Certificate VI in Finance and Mortgage Broking
Minimum 6 months in the field already
This is a Full commisson structure, commission split to be paid pending on experience

As a broker at Anderson Mortgages, you will be looked after like family, We will provide the basic amount of leads for the first 3-6 months to help get you on your feet, then we would expect you to be able to maintain your own business.

Salary: $47,189.31 – $145,182.35 per year
