Motel Cleaning Staff

Local Motel is seeking The Motel Cleaning Staff is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within the motel premises. This role involves cleaning guest rooms, restrooms, and public areas to ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests.
Responsibilities:
Guest Room Cleaning:
Clean and tidy guest rooms according to the motels standard of cleanliness.
Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish bathroom amenities as necessary.
Vacuum carpets and dust surfaces to maintain a neat appearance.
Restroom Maintenance:
Thoroughly clean and disinfect bathrooms.
Restock toiletries and ensure they are placed in appropriate locations.
Check for any maintenance issues (e.g., leaky faucets) and report them promptly.
Public Area Cleaning:
Keep common areas (lobby, hallways, conference rooms) clean and inviting.
Vacuum carpets in hallways and on stairs.
Wipe down furniture and windows to maintain a fresh look.
Responding to Guest Requests:
Address guest queries or requests related to cleanliness promptly and courteously.
Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining a clean and comfortable environment.
Health and Safety Compliance:
Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
Use appropriate cleaning products and tools safely.
Reporting and Inventory:
Report any maintenance issues or damages to the management.
Keep track of cleaning supplies and request replenishment when needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred but not mandatory.
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting during the shift.
Working Hours:
Casual basis: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (flexible shifts based on motel needs).
