Are you a detail-oriented and organised individual looking for an exciting career opportunity in workshop administration? Look no further! We are seeking a dynamic Administrator to join our team and help us deliver support to our Workshop Manager in fulfilling various administrative needs.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Reception / Administration
- Answering telephone calls, and responding to queries
- Customer follow-up telephone messages and emails
- Liaising with internal, external customers and on-site subcontractors
- Manage email inbox and replying to emails
- Coordinate the day-to-day administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and other duties to support the workshop manager
Workshop Administration / Accounts
- Data entry
- Create job folder
- Workshop / job tracking
- Raise PO’s as required to support the workshop manager
- Invoicing (Xero / QuickBooks)
- EFTPOS sales and settlement reconciliation
- Note taking for all jobs
- Parts reconciliation for workshop completed jobs
- Time management
- Problem solving
- Liaising with accounts department
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and autonomously.
- Experienced in Xero - Invoicing, QuickBooks, and Workshop Management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Experience in similar role – desirable
