- Karting Track Attendants - As a Track Attendant at KartDrome, you'll be at the heart of motorsport excitement, ensuring safe karting sessions by conducting circuit marshalling duties, instructing guests on safety protocols, and enforcing track rules. With experience in motorsport or similar events and strong communication skills, you'll create a memorable experience for all participants while maintaining cleanliness and operational readiness of equipment and facilities. With a focus on providing outstanding customer service both in-person and over the phone, you'll independently manage multiple tasks to ensure a seamless experience for all. From triaging enquiries and driving merchandise sales to supporting event administration and maintaining safety standards, your role will be diverse and engaging. With previous experience in customer service or retail, along with excellent communication skills and a pleasant demeanor, you'll thrive in this dynamic environment.
- Event Casuals - As an Event Casual, you'll dive into the heart of motorsport excitement, contributing to a range of thrilling events including Dragway competitions, major motorsport events, and more. Your role will be dynamic and diverse, encompassing various duties essential to event success. From track preparations ensuring optimal racing conditions to precision timing and meticulous cleaning and event set up, you'll play a pivotal part in creating memorable experiences for our guests.
