We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Permanent Service Desk & Dispatch position. This position also includes performing Check-in from time to time. The primary function of this role is to provide assistance, leadership and direction to Passengers and Check-in Agents whilst utilising problem-solving skills.
Main accountabilities include:
- Problem solving throughout the flight.
- Supervision of staff on check-in.
- Providing leadership and direction to staff on check-in.
- Staff briefing duties.
- Acceptance of payments from Passengers.
- Check in duties when required.
- Dispatch and turnaround of aircraft
- Pre-flight editing
- Preferred applicants should be able to demonstrate competency in CSO1 duties. You must also be able to demonstrate the following skills and capabilities:
- Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated problem solving ability.
- High level attention to detail.
- High level customer service delivery.
- Understanding of Service Level Agreements.
