Smokemart & GiftBox is on the hunt for passionate, high-energy retail leader to fill our Store Manager position.
For the right person this role will be Managing Multi Sites.

Forming part of the management team, the successful applicant will require the confidence and experience to lead by example and strive to obtain set targets. You will be responsible for upholding store standards and achieving sales targets, whilst creating a happy and positive work life and environment for you and your team. With an important focus on store standards, merchandising and sales, there will be a strong requirement for the successful applicant to ensure the company's policies and procedures are fully adhered to, whilst embracing our core values by having fun not only with our customers but with your team, too!
