About the role
My clients are seeking a bubbly administrators & office all rounders to join the team on temporary basis. These companies are based all around Melbourne and are looking for someone to commence as soon as possible.
No work from home options available
You will be responsible for:
- Point of contact for enquiries via phone and email
- Maintain and develop relationships with customers
- Setting up boardrooms
- Supporting directors to book meetings
- Showing initiative to enhance processes and suggest ideas for ongoing improvement
- Support the branch in its sales and service operations
- Mail Collection
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Excel skills
- SAP experience highly regarded
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
- Reliable and self motivated
- Can do attitude
