In your new role as a Customer Lending Renewals Associate, you will be managing, reviewing, and assessing facilities up to $2 million, dealing with small businesses across an array of different industries. Utilising your strong communication skills to negotiate and gain commitment from the customer, requesting further documentation from the customer, such as financial statements. Starting 25th March for a 12-month assignment with the potential to be extended or even made perm! You will be based at 395 Bourke Street in the hustle of the CBD in the working hours of 8am-4.00pm. After your training period, you will have the potential to work in a hybrid setting from the office and comfort of your home office.
Your day-to-day duties:
Preparation of files and ensuring all required documentation is included in submissions.
Understand key requirements of credit to ensure lending applications are completed in line with bank policies.
Analyse and verify financial documents of consumer and business entities
Understanding of computer systems to ensure records accurately reflect customer position
Work with credit team and business bankers to ensure objectives are met in a timely manner
Customer follow-ups, requesting relevant documents required
Successful Candidates:
Previous work experience in credit, commerce, banking or financial services (call centre or customer focused preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding attention to detail
Ability to work in an agile environment
Able to handle multiple deadlines and prioritise tasks
Ability to work as part of a team and bring a great team culture
Have exposure to using multiple systems and be tech-savvy
Ability to communicate with multiple different stakeholders
Must have interest in banking and financials
