Form of workHi there! We are a young family looking for a nanny for our (almost) 2 year old and 6 year old for 3 days per week (approx. 20 hrs). We live in the inner north and have an adorable pup (pug cross) who is very sweet and full of energy.
Ideal nanny would have experience/qualifications in childcare and first aid, loves to be active in the outdoors, enjoys engaging with bright energetic kids and will encourage them to get outdoors, engage in nature play and walks etc. We would also love our nanny to assist with light housekeeping tasks and organising (tidy up playroom, clean up after kids meals, help with kids laundry etc). Availability to help out before and during school drop-off/pick-up would be great. Ideally, our nanny would have their own vehicle.
Midweek day/s would be preferred, although the days and hours could be adaptable to your availability. We would love to find someone who is also available for occasional evening/weekend babysitting if possible.
We are offering $32-$35hr (+ super) on a casual basis, but seeking a medium term commitment for someone looking to be part of the family. We would also be happy to provide references from previous nannies, as we have maintained great relationships with some lovely nannies over the last 6 years. PS: There is also possibility of this being a live-in (au-pair) role, if that would suit the applicant. Happy to discuss this option, if interested just let us know :)
