We are currently recruiting for a National Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. This role reports directly into our Customer Director and is a critical sales role within our business. This role is available on a permanent basis and we’re flexible as to whether you’re based in Sydney or Melbourne.

A day in the life…
- Nurture productive, mutually beneficial business relationships with customers whilst clearly defining and executing our customer strategy
- Track performance and achievement of all key sales metrics, including NSR, Volume, GM, share, VISs, Customer Engagement and share of voice
- Role model quality conversations with customers to determine improvement opportunities using Category and consumer insights
- Leverage Trading terms, Category Growth and promotional plans to deliver optimum business outcomes
- Lead and facilitate the planning process, activity closeouts and customer contribution for banner. Develop plans that deliver against key financial objectives

- Challenger mindset with the strategic ability to shape our team’s future in addition to the here and now, adapting to an ever-changing landscape which our customers face.
- Strong thought leadership with an understanding of the strategic narrative which our team can achieve and understanding of what needs to be done to achieve this.
- Strong commercial understanding and awareness along with a high level of financial acumen.
- Your proven stakeholder management skills and experience will set you up for success along with strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think about the "big picture" and simplify complex concepts.
