The Opportunity
We currently have an opportunity for a National Account Manager to join our Retail Pharmacy Consumer Healthcare team on a permanent basis based in our Chatswood office.
Reporting to the Pharmacy National Business Manager the purpose of this critically important role is to lead, direct and deliver the assigned iNova business category plans for national pharmacy groups with a strong focus on Priceline.
This role also manages a direct report and offers the opportunity to step into or to continue to develop your leadership skills.
Key accountabilities include:
Developing and implementing a strategic, customer specific business plan that achieves all mutually agreed targets
Effectively providing commercial and data driven insights and analysis
Identifying and implementing effective customer programs that are driven through the brand visions and strategies
Driving the demand fulfilment through effective allocation of priorities, active participation in S&OP discussions and consolidating and owning demand forecasts
Effectively managing and leading a direct report to ensure goals and objectives achieved
About You
To be successful in this role you will possess previous pharmacy banner experience at a national account level with demonstratable and proven results. Previous experience with Priceline would be highly advantageous for this role.
Previous people management experience would be ideal but not a requirement for this role as this could offer a development opportunity for the right person.
Other key requirements for this role include:
Tertiary qualifications in a business / commerce related discipline essential
A high level of commercial acumen including P&L management and data analysis
Strong work ethic and professional commitment, energy and drive to deliver the results
Excellent organisation, communication and time management skills and ability
This role will also involve frequent travel to Melbourne so the ability to be mobile is required
