National AfterSales Manager/National Service Manager

We are looking for an operations expert to take charge of our AfterSales Service Division and drive it to the next level.
We have a big vision and a strong plan for this area of the business. Your job will be to grab this with both hands and lead the implementation nationally. You will have a strong operational background and be process driven.
Familiarity with Lean principles will be beneficial in this role, as will the ability to analyse data to drive decision making.
Your team of direct reports are highly experienced and motivated to deliver the AfterSales Service strategy. Your interpersonal abilities to engage with the team will therefore be critical to your success in this role. Similarly, as a key member of the Senior Management team, you will have the ability to influence decisions and drive change across other business areas.

- Manage costs and profitability of a business unit
- Work in collaboration with other Senior Managers and stakeholders
- Exhibit strong operational management abilities
- Lead a diverse team of managers, technicians and frontline support officers
- Show excellent leadership, communication, project management and organisational skills
