National Corporate Partnerships Executive

The National Corporate Partnership Executive will develop and grow a portfolio of corporate partners for the national corporate partnerships program for the organisation.

About the Role

The National Corporate Partnerships Executive will have a primary focus on managing a large portfolio of existing partners, whilst developing key relationships through business development with new potential partners in order to grow revenue.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a confident communicator with proven experience in building and stewarding successful relationships. Previous experience in partnership, business development, account management or sales would be ideal.

This is an incredible opportunity for a business development or partnerships specialist to have real impact on the lives of these children and their families by delivering significant revenue through the delivery of existing partnerships, and the development of new relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for driving the implementation of the current National Corporate Partnership program
  • Source new partners in order to increase portfolio and further revenue
  • Actively manage portfolio of prospective and current partners including brand activations, promotion of partnership, meetings, strategic workshops, travel to thank and recognise
  • Responsible for partner communications and contact
  • Create and monitor corporate partnership database, ensuring information is clear and organised
  • Create and develop pitches and present partnership opportunities to both new and long-standing corporate partners
  • Manage, maintain, and report on current partnership pipeline
Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in a partnerships or business development position
  • A background in both new business development and existing account management strategies
  • Ability to lead in a collaborative way, identifying change and creating a vision to guide this change
  • Ability to use a broad range of communication styles and communicate to a diverse audience
  • Proven track record of build, maintain and strengthen collaborative relationships and partnerships
  • Budget management and reporting experience
  • Experience developing and managing pipelines and relationships in Salesforce or equivalent CRM
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to positively influence and engage stakeholders, both internal and external
  • A commitment to the well being of children and their families
