About the Role:
Due to the exciting expansion of the corporate partnerships program, Foodbank Australia is hiring a new National Grants & Partnership Coordinator. This role will have core responsibility to drive revenue through the grants program, working closely with internal teams to meet deliverables.
Additionally, it will offer high level account management to existing partners, supporting with administration and other initiatives that will further grow and strength these relationships.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, can multitask effectively and demonstrate high energy and willingness to learn. It is also a role that is centred around building and maintaining long term relationships, so this will of course come naturally to you.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the grant program by continuously sourcing potential grant opportunities that will drive revenue growth and work with internal teams to ensure proposals are submitted in a timely manner
  • Providing support for aspects of our partnerships, including work place giving, volunteering, grants, sponsorships, partner events and cause related marketing campaigns
  • Account management of existing Foodbank partnerships
  • Maintain regular contact with all existing and prospective partners, utilising the in-house CRM tools to track
  • Work closely with Foodbank Marketing & Communications Executive on all partner marketing and communication needs
  • Provide portfolio updates for all reporting requirements (weekly updates, Leadership Team and Board updates)
  • Active participant of Foodbank’s Marketing & Fundraising Committee
  • Contribute, along with other staff members, to the smooth running of the office by answering phones, maintaining contacts in Salesforce, assisting with basic office administration etc.
Skills and Experience:
  • Relevant degree or reasonable practical experience in fundraising or solution-based sales
  • Successful relationship development track record; must be target driven
  • Highly professional and articulate with the ability to develop and maintain relationships
  • Exception written skills and strong attention to detail
  • Confident and comfortable in public speaking and delivering presentations
  • Ability to work autonomously and be a team player
  • Understanding of brand and cause related marketing
  • Proven experience writing proposals and presentations
  • A genuine interest and passion to work in the not for profit sector
