As the National Health Fund Contracts manager, you will leverage your previous experience in a similar role to collaborate with stakeholders across NSW, VIC and TAS in the administration and management of Private Health Insurer contracts, ensuring compliance, efficiency and ongoing commitment to maintain strong provider relationships.
This is a diverse role encompassing all aspects of Health Fund Contracts administration, management, analysis and reporting, collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams and a commitment to continuous improvement.

About you
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with hospital, clinic, physician, and/or primary care and health system contracting.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, finance or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of healthcare industry and Hospital Purchase Provider Agreements (HPPA) legal and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated collaborative leadership skills, expertise and knowledge in funding, contract rules, billing and claims management.
- Highly developed analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to actively participate in all aspects of the contract administrative process.
- Exceptional and proven provider partnership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build influential stakeholder relationships with confidence to deliver presentations across various stakeholder groups.
- Ability and willingness to travel interstate in accordance with business needs.
- Detail orientated with an agile approach and the ability to operate autonomously with minimal direction in a fast paced and growing organisation.
- Advanced proficiency in computer software and Microsoft suite of products.
- Proven track record of continuous improvement and overall efficiency.
- Exceptional attention to detail with an inquisitive mindset and desire to strive for continuous improvement.
