The Role
We’re looking for an experienced program manager to oversee the continuous development, improvement and delivery of NDIS Services across the organisation. We value quality outcomes, and you will have responsibility in ensuring our NDIS programs meet compliance and contractual requirements, whilst also thinking about future state plans and strategy.
A big part of your role will see you liaising with internal and external stakeholders to manage partnerships and contribute to the broader goals of CHL. This role will work collaboratively with CHL’s national and state management teams to champion excellent customer service and drive results.
Please note this role is being offered on a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave from February to August 2024. Flexible working arrangements can be offered, and the position can be based at any of our CHL office locations.
About You
To be successful in the role you will have a:
  • Degree qualification in housing, management, project management or similar field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a management role within the community and public housing sectors
  • Solid understanding of the NDIS
  • Current Real Estate Licence (desirable)
  • Demonstrated experience working in compliance with government contracts to achieve required outcomes
  • Commitment to the right of every person to good quality housing
  • Current Driver’s Licence
Please note that satisfactory police check is required for all staff and those with client related responsibilities are required to provide a NDIS and Working with Children Check (WWCC).
