Job Description
This role will own, drive and deliver key Programs for Cogent Thinking, with a focus on relationship management, innovation and project management. The role will also manage the implementation and ongoing delivery of health and injury prevention services for major clients.
Cogent are looking for a highly motivated individual who understands what "great" customer service is and has the drive to "own" the program delivery.
Tasks include but not limited to:
- Champion the client facing relationships for major clients/project, becoming the day-to-day escalation for service delivery and account management.
- Strategically manage a portfolio of key programs and accounts (clients) including multi-stakeholder relationship management, identification of growth opportunities, mechanisms to exceed service levels and ensuring re-contracting of existing clients.
- Specific focus and responsibility for multi-faceted programs and delivery of new scope services, including new initiatives.
- Contribute to strategic business planning as a key member of the leadership team.
- Drive and contribute to the operational delivery of key programs for Cogent including new/existing client projects.
- Contribute to a culture of high performance in all aspects of client relationships, service implementation and delivery and innovation.
- Experience in leading a program in a similar industry (Health Services)
- Strong understanding of Workplace Health and Injury Prevention programs.
- Relationship management experience preferred
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Good IT and time management skills.
- Ability to mix client management and operational delivery.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Allied Health degree desirable
