We now have an outstanding opportunity to take on a key leadership position as National Sector Leader Aviation, Australia. This role will be a key reference point for the aviation sector within our Australian transport team and will provide National Sector Leadership internally and externally.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate outstanding people leadership skills, a strong aviation market presence, extensive industry network and the proven ability to collaborate and influence at a senior level.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving and expanding our aviation business by primarily connecting our capability and capacity to our market and clients.
• Playing a leading role in business development, leading by example in key strategic pursuits and projects with a strong industry and client-centric focus
• Acting as a role model and a key contributor to a strong culture of mentoring, coaching and technical excellence in the sector
• Understanding the requirements of key clients and key pursuits in the market and
• Facilitating collaboration, bringing together, beyond Airport Engineering, other relevant Service Lines, GHD Design, Business Groups, Digital and Advisory and Regional contributions as required.
• Ownership of Australian Aviation sector revenue forecasting and working with Market Leaders to achieve this throughout the year.

• The ability to work across multiple projects and pursuits while remaining focused and collaborative
• Demonstrated experience in navigating client, contractor and consultancy contexts.
