About the Role
We are currently looking for someone with strong business networks and a solid business development background to join our team as a Business Development and Intake Coordinator.
As the Business Development and Intake Coordinator, you will be responsible and accountable for growing our Services
Darwin NT& Surrounding regions in a sustainable, financially responsible and in a manner in keeping with our values.
Responsibility includes:
Generate leads and build a network of referral organisations that will create a sustainable growth for the organisation as per the six-monthly targets
Providing advice and information to potential clients, carers, parents, and families on a range of services
Attend Expos and other events to proactively promote Greenleaf services
Manage initial assessment, intake, and onboarding of new participants
Preparation of monthly reports for senior management
Clear and accurate record keeping of information.
Undertaking other duties as directed.
About You
Our ideal candidate will have:
Educational qualification in management is highly desirable.
Experience on managing number of group homes and multiple services are highly desirable.
Proven experience in ability to grow a business as per the targets set by the organisation
Ability to influence to drive successful outcomes
Ability to influence to drive successful outcomes
Knowledge of the NDIS and an understanding of the disability sector is highly essential.
Ability to interact with all key stakeholders associated with this position.
Promote and build our business in Melbourne
Must have an unrestricted drivers’ licence and company will provide a car for business purpose.
An appropriate screening clearance to work with people with Disability as acceptable.
Possibility of a career progression as Business Development and Intake Manager.
