AND YOU ARE…?

While the above attributes and relevant degree form the essential bedrock of a great NDIS Specialist Support Coordinator, you also possess:

Disability support coordination experience
NDIS experience
A current drivers’ licence and comprehensively insured car

Reporting to the fabulous Senior NDIS Support Coordinator, your role entails:

Participant/client coordination and support
Helping NDIS participants identify and plan strategies to achieve their personal goals within a person-centred framework
Continuing to service outcomes and continuous improvement
Maintaining accurate, clear and up-to-date case notes
Liaising with carers, families and other stakeholders involved in providing care
Supporting clients through empowerment and choice, while promoting personal resilience and social inclusion
Supporting the team
