Our business is growing rapidly, which has created an opportunity for experienced Network Architect to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects based on a range of contemporary networking technologies for our customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to design and implement network security technologies for example next-gen firewall, remote access, network access control, SaaS and public cloud networking and security services.
• Work with a keen eye for detail within a network and security context across public, hybrid and private cloud environments
• Proven network engineering project background with knowledge and skills in analysis, design and implementation for some or all of the following areas: LAN, SD-WAN, WLAN, Cloud and Network Security Technologies
• Act as the Project Lead to provide technical oversight for complex projects incorporating multiple technology streams and deliver best practice solutions.
• Development of high-quality technical documentation including, HLD, LLD, implementation plans, templates, standards, and knowledge base articles to assist with knowledge sharing for networking solutions
• Desire and passion to develop your skills in Network Security consultancy and support our customers to navigate security standards and frameworks and cyber security challenges
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal, negotiation and collaboration skills
• Personal interest in learning new and emerging technologies

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience working with networking, wireless or security technologies
• Proven record of accomplishment in a customer facing consulting engagement.
• Extensive hands on experience working with a broad range of network, wireless and security technologies.

Comprehensive subject matter expertise with at least 3 of the following technologies:

• Cloud Networking technologies - AWS and Azure
• Palo Alto and Fortigate technologies
• Routing and Switching solutions
• Firewall and Network Security technology
• Wireless LAN infrastructure and RF Design
• SD-WAN and SASE Solutions
• Network Access Control and Authentication systems

Desirable:

Current certifications from a number of the following vendors is a plus, however experience with equivalent related technologies and vendors will be considered: Aruba/HPE, Palo Alto, Cisco, extreme networks, VeloCloud, Microsoft Azure, AWS
