Our client, a large Federal Government department, is seeking a Project Technical Officer / Network Engineerto join their team working on an exciting portfolio of work. The successful candidates will secure a contract, with extension options.
Desirable skills and experience:
- Experience with hardware installation and hardware maintenance of IT infrastructure and equipment, including servers, routers, switches, VoIP equipment, computers and peripherals, and wireless network equipment, including associated copper and optic-fibre structured cabling.
- Experience with RF, 4G LTE or Satellite communications systems equipment and installation, with a strong understanding and practical experience of RF system components and supporting equipment.
- An Open Cabling Licence with optical, coax and structured (O, C & S) endorsements.
