Address- Perform advanced issue analysis and resolution in Intune MDM and MAM service including high severity issues and service outages, RCA analysis and reporting in Intune.
- Oversee and lead administrative tasks performed by Service Desk (such as Device Enrolment, Policy Configuration, Application Publishing and Deploy, Compliance and Conditional Access configuration).
- Perform policy-level changes to Clients Intune tenancies and review change control requests that impact the Intune environment as well as perform advanced Intune Service maintenance.
- Handle Major Change activities in Mobility Infrastructure which include Version Upgrade, Feature enablement in EMM services.
- Support for advanced Device Management activities which includes setting iOS Supervised Mode, DEP, VPP, Compliance Setup and enabling Conditional Access for Email, SharePoint, Skype for Business as needed.
- Support for Advanced troubleshooting in all Platform related issues from iOS, Android, Windows
- Handle Advanced Mobile Application Management configuration and troubleshooting which includes App Wrapping, App whitelisting/Blacklisting, Configuring Application policies, Single Sign on and Encryption.
- 3rd Level Support for the service desk team.
