The Role:
The position of the Network Training Program Lead is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, compliance, and governance of TGE’s National Network Training Program.
Collaborating with operational teams in both Functional and Divisional capacities throughout the TGE network, this role will support the program implementation of key operational training initiatives. The aim is to drive enhancements in safety practices, standardisation, operational efficiency, and the improvement of induction processes across more than 150 sites.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist in the development of training programs that align with training needs and organisational goals.
Support the implementation of the Site Instructor Model and Governance Framework by translating training initiatives into project, operational, change and communication plans.
Collaborate with Site Instructors and branch leadership teams (and RTO Trainers where required) to ensure adherence to training requirements within specified timeframes.
Share best practice with site leaders to aide local coordination of training schedules, and resources to ensure smooth program delivery requirements are met.
Support leaders, Site Instructors and Talent Acquisition to coordinate induction and training requirements for all new operational employees (and Delivery Partners as required) within the required timeframes.
Oversee Business Unit and site compliance to training program, including establishing effective reports and dashboards for leaders to manage their team’s training.
Establish and maintain a Quality Management System (i.e. central library for resources with version control)
Oversee the correct distribution and access to training materials and tools to ensure that sites can effectively delivery training.
Liaise with the Organisational Capability team to ensure training programs are established and configured within Workday.
Establish and monitor the process for Site Instructors to upload training records and completion with Workday.
Prepare and present regular compliance reporting on training activities relevant to stakeholders.
Assist in the management of the training budget, including tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness and conducting audits to verify that Site Instructors have effectively delivered training in accordance with the specified remuneration.
