Our Journey:

 An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ongoing, Full time (76.0 a fortnight) Grade 2Neurophysiology Scientist to join the Monash Health Neurophysiology Scientist team. The team works with our Neurologists to provide a comprehensive neurophysiology service to the whole of Monash Health.

A Day in the Life:

The successful applicant will be involved in conducting EEGs, evoked potentials, and assisting with Video EEG, autonomic function testing and nerve conduction tests. If you have experience in this area and are keen to work within this supportive and friendly team to further expand on your skills then this is an opportunity not to be missed. You will receive on the job training and ongoing professional supervision to enhance your development.

About You:

  • You are passionate about providing a consistently high level of patient care
  • You are ready for the next stage of your career
  • You have worked and studied hard to this point and are now prepared for the experiences that will provide you with further growth for your future direction
  • Experienced Grade 2Neurophysiology Scientist

What you need:

  • Bachelor of Science, Applied Science or Biomedical Science, preferably with Physiology, Neuroscience or Psychophysiology studies
  • Some experience in conducting EEGs, evoked potentials, assisting with autonomic function testing and nerve conduction studies.
  • Current Drivers Licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Although you will be based at Monash Medical Centre Clayton, willingness to travel to other Monash Health sites is a must.
