Are you looking for a flexible Accounts Payable role in a CBD based advertising agency?
Open to applicants looking for 4 to 5 days per week
We are a marketing consultancy for the property industry who treat our client’s business like it’s our own.
As Accounts Payable assistant, you’ll be helping out our finance team on a wide range of tasks.
Key responsibilities:
Assist with processing supplier invoices
Working with our teams to rectify any discrepancies
Assist with generating client invoices
Assist with master client data set-ups
Assist with credit insurance applications
Prepare credit card statements
Review and check payment files
Assist with bank reconciliations
Respond to client and supplier queries as needed
Play an active part in our amazing agency culture!
Skills and experience
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
Comfortable working in fast-paced environment
Has excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Has a positive attitude and is eager to learn
High level of confidentiality
