They are currently in search of a New Graduate Speech Pathologist in the northern and eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Choose to take on a leadership role or more clinical responsibilities and have a caseload that will reflect that, with a greatly reduced caseload if you would like more supervisory and leadership responsibilities.

Your day to day will include:
- Receive supervision, mentoring and training from Senior Speech Pathologists and your Team Leader
- Mixture between WFH, office, and Community Based role with travel to clients around your local area
- Travel to clients no further than a 30 minute radius from your home location
- Mixed caseload (children- adults), with options to tailor to your preference or area of specialty
- Assess and treat a wide range of disabilities of NDIS clients
- Duties include eating and drinking, such as chewing and swallowing problems, difficulties understanding language, or support with non-verbal communication
- Great working flexibility to ensure you maximise your work-life balance
- Option to work part time or shorter working days if desired
- Structure your day and caseload how you choose - focus on supervision and leadership or a clinical client focused caseload
- Work from home when not seeing clients or at one of their office locations
- Travel contained within a 30-minute radius from your geographical location
- Earn between $70,000-$80,000 + super (depending on your experience level)
- Travel allowance paid on a per km basis
