LK Hospitality, the team behind Omnia Bistro and Bar, Yugen Tea Bar, Bromley Events and soon Yugen, are on the hunt for a Host / Maitre D to join the team!

ABOUT THE ROLE
The applicant must be well groomed and have a professional attitude with the ability to build rapport with clientèle as their first point of contact throughout their experience with us.
Duties will include:
- Welcoming and greeting guests as well as ensuring they receive a word of farewell upon their departure.
- Utilizing Open Table to seat guests within a prompt and timely manner.
- Closely monitor seatings and turn around times.
- Update guest book and profile regularly.
- Allocating walk-in guests and wait-lists when necessary, communicating with guests regarding wait times.
- Promoting all venues within LK Hospitality and directing guests accordingly.
- Assist the FOH team in the busiest period of service if needed.
- Strong knowledge of our VIP's names, needs and preferred dining areas.
- Knowledge of the food and beverage programs for all venues.
- Establishing, promoting and maintaining quality relationships between guests and regulars.
- Experience working as a Host / Maitre D in a casual fine dining or similar setting.
- Availability to work weekends and late into the night.
- Expertise in booking platforms and the reservations process.
- An attentive approach to guest engagement.
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- A current RSA Certificate (essential)
- A polite, professional attitude
