The Station recently opened and has lit up the South Perth hospitality scene! 

From Nokturnl, the team that brought you; The Beaufort / Lotus & The Old Synagogue / Tonic + Ginger, this venue will take food & drinks very seriously with a European edge. 

We are looking for professional Chefs of all levels.

We have our Head chef, Ludovic Mulot (ex-Rockpool & The Old Synagogue) and now we need YOU! 

The Station will have a 250 seats modern Gastro Pub with the classics but the ultimate dining experience will be ‘Ludo’ a 130 seated restaurant offering humble French inspired cooking with some extra-ordinary produce. 

Open an array of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner - 7 days a week. 

Currently recruiting for; 

Casual Chefs - must have citizenship, PR or be WHM. 

(no student VISAs)

Key skill requirements...

Each position does have experience requirements depending on role. 

• Drive customer satisfaction by delivering an exceptional and consistent food product
• Work as part of a team, creating a great working environment 
• Reliable & punctual
• Effectively collaborate, communicate, and coordinate with Head chef & senior chefs 
• Experience with a la carte preferred

We are looking for an individual’s up for a challenge and wanting to further their career with a progressive, locally owned company.  

Candidates must be available weekends & evenings as bulk of trade during this time!

• Above award renumeration - pay dependant on experience & position. 
• Casual & Salary contracts available depending on you! 
  • Salary hours are 38 - 43 hours maximum depending on position and style of contract. 2 days RDOs a week, TOIL for public holidays. 
  • Casual hours below 40/week and paid penalties as worked under HIGA.
