Your core responsibilities span from NGS library preparation to steering molecular biology experiments relevant to NGS, all while working closely with our quality, operations and sales teams. Keep track of preventative maintenance and guide our small team in collaboration with our bioinformatician and with our global teams,
Reporting directly to Senior Leadership and with oversight from our APAC Operations Group, this role offers a chance to participate in genomics work across a wide range of industries with a focus on drug discovery and development.
We're seeking a Laboratory Supervisor or operations person equipped with relevant qualifications and 3 - 5 years experience, ideally including GMP, ISO, and OHS. Experience with automation would be well regarded. Your expertise will contribute to our growing knowledge pol both locally and globally. Under your direction, junior staff will be trained, instrument utilization optimized and the team developed, ensuring operational excellence, and driving program timelines. Collaboration will include a variety of stakeholders and your technical advice will be valued as we grow collaborative opportunities with industry, government, and across our global network.
